Note, there's a typo while flash head panning demonstration, it starts from 0º, 45º, 90º, then 180º both ways around. If you are not so sure about SB-900's "Light Pattern" - SB-900 can throw light in different directions: Above, Even, and Below. Below is useful when you are using the flash on a flash bracket. The DX and FX feature in the SB-900 allows you to use iTTL, iTTL-BL, iTTL-FP, or iTTL-BL-FP more accurately on FX and DX camera bodies. It will automatically switch to DX if you enter the DX Crop Mode on D3 / D3X / D700. SB-900 will automatically get the signal from the camera body and it will switch to either DX or FX. You can manually override that feature if you wish. Enjoy. What You Want to Grasp Before Getting a Nikon Electronic Camera

Nikon is a camera brand, best known for making SLR camera. As with the boom of digital cameras all around the world, Nikon joined the bandwagon by making what they make best, thus the new time of the Nikon digicam was born – digital SLR.

One of the finest in DSLR, the Nikon digital camera called Nikon D70 is 6-mega pixel Nikon digital camera. Lined with polycarbonate over its stainless-steel chassis, this Nikon digicam is furnished with a 50mm AF Nikkor lens that will combine with an 18-70mm kit lens and still be portable enough to be carried around. It has got a 200-1600 ISO effective speed range, great for taking pictures both in the shade and under the sun. And why won't it be? ! With its 3 frames per second continuing shooting rate and its 1/8000 2nd shutter speed, taking footage is as easy as clicking away and having a good time. This Nikon electronic camera is supported with a Flash card.

Another SLR from Nikon is the Nikon Coolpix 8800. An 8-mega pixel Nikon electronic camera, the Coolpix 8800 has a compact body. Furnished with a 1.8 in. flip-out and swivel LCD, this baby is surely first rate SLR. This Nikon electronic camera features an imaging stabilizer system to reduce camera shakes particularly on long shots since this contraption can zoom up to 10x (optical zoom) and can focus to up to 3cm in macro mode with its 35-350mm lens. Key controls are really user-friendly, with modes like sensitivity, image size/quality and white balance – found directly with the mode dial. The image output quality is the middle name of this Nikon digicam, with extensive detail rendition, color fidelity and saturation. A slightly phenomenal feature of the 8800 is the continuous shooting modes, where users can select 1.2 or 2.3 frames per second. A bit cumbersome to tote around, the 8800 is perfect for shooting action and sports shots. The 8800 works alongside a Compact Flash card for storing up your pictures.

Another digital SLR from Nikon is the Nikon D50. A 6.1 megapixel Nikon digital camera, this device has 7 sundry modes to shoot from using its AF-S DX Zoom Nikkor 18-55mm lens. These modes are Automobile, Portrait, Landscape, Close Up, Sports, Night Portrait and Child. To see the pictures that you took, this Nikon electronic camera is furnished with a 2.0 in. LCD screen. How swiftly can this camera shoot? It has 2.5 frames per second and with uninterrupted shooting of at least 137 frames per second. This Nikon digital camera is not too bad, especially for amateur photographers. This package may also include a software for touching up, editing and sharing your pictures. The software even enables you to burn your images to VCD or DVD format.

Nikon digital camera prices are reasonable for anyone which is the most important reason they are the leading industry in making the best electronic cameras.

Some Nikon cameras have inbuilt portrait editing software that permits you to remove red eye on the spot. James Helmering’s website download photo editing software has tons of nikon camera reviews that will help your decision before you purchase one.
